*Sleeping bag should be
rated for 10 degrees colder then you will encounter. ** Nalogen wide mouths
are great from freezing and easier to work with all around. ***Coffee/Tea,
caffeine, which constricts blood vessels and is a diuretic should be
avoided. ****Beans can be pre soaked in a water bottle, the canned beans
tend to be heavy. Store Nalogen bottles upside down so that they will freeze
at the bottom so you can stil get to some water.
