*Sleeping bag should be rated for 10 degrees colder then you will encounter.
** Nalogen wide mouths are great from freezing and easier to work with all around.
***Coffee/Tea, caffeine, which constricts blood vessels and is a diuretic should be avoided.
****Beans can be pre soaked in a water bottle, the canned beans tend to be heavy.
Store Nalogen bottles upside down so that they will freeze at the bottom so you can stil get to some water.
